Sales Area not replicating from ECC to SAP CRM

Hello Gurus,

We have ERP as backend and CRM as front end.

We run PFAL in ECC and transferred 4 sales organisations to CRM initially but client has 9 organisation units altogether.

We have manually assigned users to positions in CRM.

We also transferred existing customer master from ECC to CRM using initial load but sales area data in customer master does not replicate to CRM after initial load.

Please let me know if iam missing any customizing settings.

For your information we have run Tcode: CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE for other sales organisation units couple of times - did this activity create inconsistencies if so what is the other alternative.
