DNL_CUST_BASIS keeps 'running' status

Hi gurus,

We are trying to perform initial load for customizing object DNL_CUST_BASIS. After we executed the initial load transaction, this customizing object sits in 'running' status and never completes. We checked in the system (processes, Bdocs, queues), there was nothing happened.

Would you please advise why this happened (we have already checked SAP note 887696), and how to fix it?
