Error "postal code must have length 5 or 10" while creating Sales Order from CRM

Hi All,

 

We have created a BP with his US Address including 5 digit Postal code number and saved. We have pushed this BP to R3 by adding the BP role "Sold to Party" before creating a sales order but  While creating Sales Order from CRM we are getting Error "postal code must have length 5 or 10" and system is not letting us to save the CRM Sales Order.

 

As per the Note 707113 i have checked the settings in my system and the value 0 is already maintained.

 

In transaction SE11. Enter 'PR005' as a domain. Press 'Change'. Go to the Value Range tab page. Insert the new fixed value: '0', short description: 'Deactivation of postal code check for USA.'. Save  and activate the change

 

Why system is throwing this error while creating a sales order why not during the creating of BP?

 

Some one please help me in resolving this issue.

CRM system is throwing RAISE_EXCEPTION dump

Hi Experts,

 

CRM system is throwing RAISE_EXCEPTION dump and below are the details. Also please find the complete dump details in attachment.

 

i checked and seems like system is throwing dump when users are trying to change the colors of the CRM screen. Coudl you please check and suggest me the solution?

    Exception condition "NOT_FOUND" raised.

 

What happened?
    The current ABAP/4 program encountered an unexpected
    situation.

 

What can you do?
    Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.


    To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
    administrator.

    Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
    at and manage termination messages, and you can also
    keep them for a long time.

 

Error analysis
    A RAISE statement in the program "CL_MIME_REPOSITORY_API========CP" raised the
     exception
    condition "NOT_FOUND".
    Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
    program, processing was terminated.

    Short description of exception condition:


    For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use
    Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called
    function module from the display of active calls.

 

How to correct the error

    If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
    find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
    If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
    keywords:

    "RAISE_EXCEPTION" " "
    "CL_MIME_REPOSITORY_API========CP" or "CL_MIME_REPOSITORY_API========CM002"
    "IF_MR_API~GET"

    or

    "CL_MIME_REPOSITORY_API========CP" "NOT_FOUND"

Hi Experts,

 

We have the following scenario:

 

We have Business Partners in CRM and ERP (Integrated)

 

- We performed the initial download from ERP, and it seems to work fine.

- We do a modification in a BP in ERP and it flows to CRM.

- Our issue is when we modify some data from BP in CRM. It does not flow to ERP.

 

If we use the CRMM_BUPA_SEND the modifications flow correctly.

 

- Please see the attached image with SMWP transaction screenshot.

 

Could you please help me in order to solve this issue?

Replicate BP Classification data from ecc as BP marketing attribute in CRM

Hi,

 

I am new to CRM. and i need help in subjected issue.

 

actually my rerquirement is to replicate the BP Classification data from ecc as BP marketing attribute in CRM.

 

using class type BUP in ECC and created classes in it. same classs has been created in CRM.classification data is getting created and changed against BP id in ECC. but i want the same to be relicate in CRM as BP marketing attributes. standard BP replication is done in both the direction(ECC <-> CRM).

 

implemented note : 609236 in CRM.

 

please help me is this issue.

Change to date rule only allowed in the original system (Message no. TIMERULE061)

Hello community,

when application consultants try to modify a custom date rule in our CRM development system (transaction TIMECUST, folder Date Rules) the error in the subject is returned. In my opinion this is a leftover from a system copy from the production.

 

Unfortunately I'm not able to understand where to fix this information, all custom objects in TADIR have the correct original system, and in the related tables (TIMERULE* tables) the original system is not present.

 

Anyone know where the original system information is stored for these objects?

Enter a currency error in sales order

Hi Experts,

 

Getting "Enter a Currency" error message in sales order in CRM when order is replicated from ECC to CRM

 

Steps to reproduce this issue:

 

1. Create sales order in ECC and do not add material and Save the order

2. Open the same order in ECC, The error message will be displayed.

 

Please help me on this issue.

Contact person not getting replicated with the BUPA_REL queue

Hi Colleagues,

 

i am trying to replicate contact person from CRM to ISU, but BDOC goes into intermidiate state and SMQ1 shows sysfail error. When i click on sysfail it gives error as "Function module "CRM_BUPA_INBOUND_REL_MD" not found". i maintained all the configs as per the best practice and also as per the note 757955.

 

Here i am nit confused as the error comes in out bound queue and it talks about FM which as per description seems to be looks like inbound FM. also i checked and this FM already exists in the CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU table with active check box selected.

 

Any pointers to solve this issue will be helpful.

Replicate address customer (retail) from ECC to CRM

i'm new in CRM and i need to replicate (create, update, delete) customer address to its equivalent in CRM.

Hi Experts,

 

Getting the below Bdoc validation error in SMW01 while customer is getting replicated to CRM from ECC. I checked customer master relevant settings in both systems, but could not get any clue. Please help me on this issue.

Business Partner replication issue.

Hi Friends,

 

We configured middleware settings for BUPA_MAIN to replicate all business partners from CRM to ECC, but later we supposed to stop some business partners those start with some specific number range should not go to ECC. Please let me know steps to stop replication of these business partners.

Outbound queues are getting stuck

Dear All,

 

 

We are facing the issue in our CRM Production system from last 2 to 3

days. Outbound queues are getting stuck with status 'READY'. The

outbound

queue is registered. Running report SMOF_START_QUEUES also does not

help.

 

 

After a while, the queue starts processing. This happens randomly.Pleasehave a look and suggest some solution

Authorisation Objects for Transaction?

Hello ALL,

 

How / Where do i get all the authorisation objects for a Transaction?

 

for eg, commpr01 transaction ,what are the Auth.Objects for this?

I know that COM_ASET,COM_IL,COM_PRD,COM_PRD_CT are the Authorisation Objects for commpr01,where do i get these...where and how to look ?

Howto fix missing entries in CRMPARNR from CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO

Hi There,

 

I am not a CRM / middle ware consultant but rather a support personal from ECC, I am investigating a contact person information missing in ECC and found out it relates to a CRM replication issue and seek some guidance.

 

In CRM's SMW01 we have some BDOCS of type BUPA_REL in error status with below error message.

 

Messages for business partner <customer BP>:XR100
No business partners are assigned to contact person 0000000000XR7

 

Our CRM's customer BP = ECC's customer master's #.

 

When investigated I found out.

Contact Person BP is related to 6 customer BPs.

In CRM's CRMM_BUT_CONTNO we have 6 entries with all 6 corresponding contact person numbers.

In ECC we have 6 contact persons linked to all 6 customers in KNVK but only 2 entries exist in table CRMPARNR.

 

on search I found the note 703322 to fix variances between the 2 tables CRMM_BUT_CONTNO  & CRMPARNR but when I test & debug this I found its crating missing entries into CRMM_BUT_CONTNO and then only into CRMPARNR  but we have CRMM_BUT_CONTNO all good its only CRMPARNR  the problematic.

 

In all such references issues most people refer note 703322 and In some similar posts of this issue people responded to develop a custom report to fix this as there is no other option.

 

Can some one advise how to approach this, unfortunately we don't have a CRM technical resource available.

 

Do let me know if you need more info on this, by the way we are on CRM 7.0.
